Clarus Auto is a dealer-side advisory firm for franchised dealers and dealer groups who are tired of running their business on contaminated data, conflicted advice, and marketing operations nobody actually owns.

What we believe

The automotive retail industry doesn't have a data problem. It has a clarity problem.

Dealers are drowning in dashboards, vendor reports, and agency decks, and most of them disagree with each other. Attribution is contaminated. Marketing operations are stitched together across tools nobody fully understands. Vendor incentives are misaligned. The loudest voices in the industry are usually the most conflicted.

Clarus Auto exists to cut through it. We work for the dealer, and the dealer is the only party we answer to.

How we work

Dealer-side, structurally.

No vendor referral fees. No agency kickbacks. No reseller relationships. The only revenue we take is the fee the dealer pays us.

Operator-built.

Our work has been pressure-tested inside the store and across the OEM, running marketing operations, building analytics infrastructure, managing vendor stacks, and sitting through the Monday meetings where the numbers actually have to mean something.

Built to compound.

The goal is to leave the dealership sharper after we're gone, not more dependent on us. Documentation, owned systems, internal capability. Not retainer dependency.
